“ENGAGING AUDIENCE” PROCESS
Marzan Interactive’s proprietary research process goes deeper than conventional advertising research to define target audience online trends – examining what they demand of the Internet and discerning how they respond to marketing.
This “Engaging Audience” process looks at your target from three vantage points:
- Entertainment – what are they spending their time?
- Finance – where do they get financial news (not where they bank)?
- Portals – which portal are they using (e.g., Yahoo, MSN, Google) and where are they spending time browsing in the portal?
We then compile the top ten specific sites in each category and conduct detailed audience traffic research on these sites:
- How large is the audience nationwide and how many are online?
- What is their geographic concentration?
- Which day has the highest traffic?
- What time of day is traffic the highest?
The result is a strategy for developing content and designing the user experience so that it speaks eloquently to your target with a message that is distinctly relevant.
